Setting resolutions...

Har har I can smell failure a mile away...

My general plan:
  • Omit junk food or any other junk food for that matter
  • Come up with healthy 5 meals eating plan
  • At least 30mins of cardio per day, every day (yes, even on weekends)
  • Waking up earlier every weekday and doing at least 20mins of breeze walking
  • Monitoring what I eat and do each single day
However... I think I better work out a more solid short-term and long-term plan...
